”It has been a great month so far, and the weather here in Vancouver is back to a balmy ten degrees. For those of you in the rest of the country: hang in there. Your week of summer is coming! Seriously though, real estate is hot, interest rates are extremely low, and if you're still paying rent keep reading...
I was just going over my goals with my team of real estate advisors, and we came up with these goals for the year. I thought I'd share it with you.

Real Estate Investor Goals for 2005: -I will check my credit report at least once a year, preferably twice. -I will get my financial house in order once and for all. -I will create a real estate investing team. This starts with a mortgage professional and a good Realtor who is a successful investor and understands the needs of investors. -I will research the various real estate investing options and areas and determine which one I will pursue. However, I will not be stricken with paralysis by analysis. -I will actually meet with the people mentioned above to get my investing on the go. Instead of reading yet one more article, buying one more book, searching out one more investor websiteS, I will actually meet with my Realtor to start seeking out that first property. -Whatever you do - don't do nothing. _____________________________________________________________________________
One exception: If you haven't read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, read it ASAP.
