There seems to be some confusion generally about what it is that a Buyer Specialist does and how they help you find a home for the best price and the least amount of effort, so let me explain. I am what is known as a Buyer Specialist, meaning I work specifically with you to find you the best home with the least amount of hassle. I take care of your search (Using the VIP Buyer Program!), all appointment, all negotiations, and all the paper work.

”Well, the good old Bank of Canada decided to take pity on borrowers and not raise interest rates at its January 24th meeting. Mr Dodge indicated that economic growth could be lower than anticipated, meaning any increases will be slow in coming. For those of you thinking of variable rate mortgages, this is good news!
