This last week has been a very busy one. Offers being written, some going through some not. I’ve been speaking to other agents and there seems to be some agreement out there that the market is heating up right now. For example, I’ve written offers only to lose them because the other party is going in subject free. That sort of offer is very popular in a highly competitive sellers market. For those of you thinking of buying in the next six months, now is the time to start. For those of you thinking of selling, don’t be surprised if you close the deal faster than you planned, and possibly make more money than you planned too.

Success Story

This week, one of my favourite families finally got an accepted offer. Even though we were writing strong offers, it seemed like lady luck had left us. The house is large enough for the expanding family, and the land is potentially sub-dividable, there-by locking in some potential for the long term. Congrats to the entire Johnson family!
