It seems that I always start the newsletter with a comment about the weather, so this time I’m not going to mention it at all. The market is back in full swing, lots of listings coming on the market, and they are taking a little longer to sell. This bodes well for all you buyers, because you’ll have more time to see all the property you need to in order to make an informed decision. And maybe even get a better price! On another topic, I would like to welcome all the new American subscribers to this newsletter. In the last couple of months, I think every realtor has had contact with someone wanting to make the move to Canada. I’ve spoken to many Americans, and it makes me proud to say that all of them want to move to Canada because of our beautiful land, our friendly people and our general tolerance of ideas and politics. However, they wanted to move to Vancouver because of the weather… so please don’t tell them about the rain. Okay, maybe next time I won’t talk about the weather.
