One of the rules about the stock market is disclosure. If a broker writes something about a stock, or if a CEO sells their shares, they have to disclose whether they own the stock or not. The idea is to make sure that people aren’t taken advantage of. I’ve been writing about the Vancouver real estate market for over 2 years now, and I thought it time to put my money where my mouth is. So in the interest of disclosure, I want to announce that the Harris Family Real Estate Team has bought a ground floor loft in the Mecca building on E. 4th. We’ve done a lot of work in the loft market here in Vancouver, and know that we’ll do much more. I believe in real estate as a long-term investment, and I believe in Vancouver as a premier investment destination. I feel much more comfortable saying that after putting my money down!
We’re going to be moving in in late September and we’re definitely going to be throwing some office parties. So keep your dancing shoes close!
