June 20th, Vancouver Real Estate Update

Looks like June-uary is finally over and summer is hopefully here to stay. And not a moment too soon. In honour of the sun, this weeks newsletter has some comedy; be sure to check out Will Farrel in The Landlord', and this one I found on YouTube spoofing Realtors. (WHAT? Realtors have a bad reputation?)

On a more serious note, our cashflow positive property in Sun Peaks Ski Resort has hit the market. If you missed it last week, be sure to go and crunch the numbers. Cash Cows are a rare breed of real estate.

We also have the 1.1 Acre, 7,000 sq. ft. house in South Surrey. The owners have asked me to pass how motivated they are: Very. If you're at all interested in getting a great deal, call Grady for a showing.

Gary will be hosting the first showings this weekend at his listing in Surrey from 2-4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The home is in a quiet area bordering a greenbelt and is perfect for a growing family.
