U.S. credit crunch will have on the Vancouver real estate market.
This week I'm focusing on something that also matters to all current and
future home owners.
Yes, it's time to get ready for winter.
Although Vancouverites delight in telling the rest of Canada that we don't
have a winter (just long periods of gray clouds and constant drizzle), the
truth is is that we have to prepare our homes for winter in the same way
that people in
Edmonton do.

even the foundation. If you are thinking of selling, be sure to take of
