Busy week this last week as more buyers are hitting the market. It seems that there’s a lot more confidence out there than most people thought. The bank not raising rates certainly helped keep this market going. On another note, tonight I’m a guest speaker at the ‘Let’s Get Rich Group’, an investment group from Vancouver. I’ll be taking the stage to talk real estate investing nad the foreclosure market. As you may know from reading this newsletter, I love giving away free information! Investment groups are a great way to meet other like minded individuals, and I highly recommend them for those of you who want to take the next step towards attaining your financial goals.

Success Story

This week, my client Gordon found a beautiful loft in E.Vancouver using the VIP Buyer Program. A true loft in that it had 16” ceilings and concrete walls, we put an offer in that night. The next morning it was accepted by the seller; and good thing too! We found out later that two other parties wanted to put in offers the next day, but we beat them to it. The reason why it’s a success? Because we got the offer in before anyone else and made sure it was strong enough to get accepted quickly. This apartment was priced well and Gordon knew a good thing when he saw it and didn’t hesitate to act and to get his offer accepted. Now that’s how you buy real estate.
