It said, "in order to get the best coins, the buyer must earn a reputation for acting decisively. If people think you're a tire kicker, they're not going to deal with you. Once they realize you are a buyer, a lot of unique things come your way."
Same with real estate. Most buyers and sellers are quick to say that they're "not in any rush." Why not be in a rush? Be in a rush and the universe (and agents!) will do their utmost to find you the place of your dreams. Be casual about your goals and timing, and everyone else will be casual as well, and this time next year you could still be looking for a place.
