Congratulations to K. and W. who purchased a two level townhome in Kits. I told them when we started looking that they needed to see at least 10 properties before they would feel comfortable buying something. They did ten open houses over the weekend and we put an offer on the 11th property on Monday. After all was said and done, the escalation clause I used kept us in the game and we closed under the asking price. That’s a great way to buy real estate. Commit to buying something then find it.
